1.1. What is domain name?
The domain name is the main part of Domain Name System. The domain name is a name that identifies a computer system (single computer, server or servers) on the internet. These names are a component of a Web site's URL, e.g. triple.com.
1.2. How do I register a domain name?
Please, follow the steps below to register a domain name:
1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on the REGISTER DOMAIN menu item to proceed to the domain name registration.
3. Enter the desired domain name (or several domain names) in the Search for Domain Names form text field, choose needed extensions with checkboxes to the right and click GO button
4. At the domain name search result page choose the domain names you wish to register with checkboxes. Then press the ADD SELECTED button.
5. You now at the Check out section. Check the I agree to the NO SPAM POLICY and the Terms and Conditions for the above Services and click BUY>> button.
6. Set needed parameters for domain names and finish the domains registration process.
1.3. How do I update or change domain Contacts info?
Please, follow the steps below to update or change of your domain contacts:
1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on the Domains List menu item to proceed to your domain names listing.
3. Find the domain name you wish to update and click on VIEW link.
4. You are at the Domain name details page. Click on the Contacts [change] link.
5. Update the domain Contacts, click on the SAVE button.
1.4. How do I create new contact?
Please, follow the steps below to update or change of your domain contacts:
1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on the Contacts List menu item to proceed to your contacts listing.
3. Click on the Add new contact link.
4. Fill in Contact Form and click SAVE button.
1.5. What is Name Server?
A Name Server is a server (computer) that converts a host name into its native IP address.
1.6. What is Managed DNS?
he Domain Name System is a database, arranged hierarchically, containing records for domain names. The DNS basic aim is to match a domain name to an IP Address. In order to fulfill this role, the DNS Server contains Records in a Zone File, which contains the domain name and IP address mappings for computers contained within that Zone.

It depends on your needs and plans for your website.

Please, follow the steps below to renew the domain name:
1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.
2. Click on the Domains List menu item to proceed to your domain names listing.
3. Find the domain name you wish to update and click on RENEW link.
4. Choose the Number of Years with drop-down menu.
5. Check I agree to the NO SPAM POLICY and click BUY button
6. Finish your payment.
